Work With True Finish

We're looking for dependable people who take pride in clean work, clear communication, and showing up ready to serve customers well.

Who We Are

Built on Quality and Accountability

True Finish Concrete Coatings is built on quality workmanship, clear communication, and doing what we said we would do. Whether we're coating a garage, patio, shop, or commercial floor, every person on the job represents the company. We can train the right person on process, products, and details, but we cannot train someone to care. If you are dependable, teachable, and willing to work hard, we want to hear from you.

Skill can be trained.

Process, products, and details — we teach those.

Character is required.

Reliability, honesty, and work ethic come from you.

You represent the brand.

From the moment you arrive at a customer's property.
